Use the simple lift and drop ladder catch system to adjust from fully declined -20 through to an upright 85 degrees for shoulder press. Built in transport wheels and handy grab handle make it a breeze to move this bench around while rubber gripped feet keep your bench solid on the ground. Rated 680kg & tested at 1360kg. If you want to add more to your bench, you can bolt on the optional F615 leg hold down with 4 roller pad design. This also allows you to add the optional C611 leg extension/curl attachment or C610 preacher pad option for the ultimate full body workout!
