General Information As of 1st October 2021 all SIA Door Supervision Licence holders must complete compulsory ‘Top Up’ training. The training consists of a distance learning course of study which must be completed prior to attendance on the course and all delegates must have attended and passed a Emergency First Aid at Work Course (or equivalent) prior to attendance on the top up course. Duration 2 days (13hrs and 35 mins) Self Study – Distance learning Pre-requisites SIA Door Supervision licence holder (must have expired no longer than 3 years prior to the course start date or be in date). English language – Level 1 equivalent Have completed the ACT online terrorism awareness package Assessment Assessment for the top up course include: Practical Assessment in use of communication devices Practical Physical Intervention Assessment Multiple choice exam in working in physical intervention, terrorism awareness and use of equipment.
